Report all software malfunctions,
significant errors, system crashes and processing anomalies to
the IT Helpdesk

If you leave your desk for longer
than one hour – log off. For short absences, use a password protected
screen saver

Take special care with portable devices including laptops and secure them
and the information stored on them against theft, loss and misuse.

Take care when using electronic
documents that you don’t breach copyright, intellectual property rights,
privacy and licencing restrictions and use disclaimers where appropriate

Check the credentials of anyone in
the office that you don’t know
