PURPOSE
The purpose of the Legal Compliance Policy is to ensure that

systems.

1.4 Disclaimers,
Misrepresentation and Defamation
1.4.1 The Fake Chicken Company information published or disseminated in
any way should have the appropriate corporate disclaimers
appended so that the recipient of the information is aware
of the limitations of use of the information provided.

Privacy Act 1993 and

should be aware of their
obligations in respect of managing and using the information
and providing information to third parties.
Explanation
It is important that staff are aware of their
responsibilities under the Privacy Act and that information
stored in The Fake Chicken Company’s information systems is used and managed
in accordance with the requirements of this legislation.
This policy will affect staff giving out information to
customers, business associates and ratepayers, using the
information in conducting day to day The Fake Chicken
Company business and
also those managing the data.
