The purpose of the Special Access Policy is to ensure that only those users needing special access rights to computer systems and networks owned or managed by The Fake Chicken Company are granted them with the appropriate controls.

SCOPE

This policy affects all users of computer systems and networks that have special access privileges for the purpose of managing some aspect of the computer systems and networks owned or managed by The Fake Chicken Company.

POLICIES

1. Special Access

1.1 All computer systems and networks must support a special type of user ID which has high level system privileges. This user ID will enable authorised individuals to change the security state of systems.

Access Control Policy

1. 2 Special system privileges such as access to users home or confidential directories and use of system utilities must be restricted to those directly responsible for system management and/or security. These privileges must be granted only to those who have been confirmed as trustworthy on the basis of a background check and have demonstrated the appropriate competencies.
