IR Hub Now Available in Policy Management as a Service

When an incident occurs, clear and immediate access to incident response documentation is critical. The IR Hub within Policy Management as a Service (PMaaS) provides a secure, centralised location for all essential incident response materials, ensuring your responders can act quickly and confidently when it matters most. By hosting incident response content directly within PMaaS - rather than on internal systems that may be unavailable during an incident - the IR Hub supports operational resilience and effective response under pressure.

With IR Hub a selection of pre-prepared documentation is provided, including an Incident Response Plan, Incident Response Forms, Incident Response Report, Incident Response Contact List, and a series of Incident Response Playbooks. Playbooks are allocated based on your PMaaS subscription:

  • Lite - 1 Playbook
  • Essentials - 5 playbooks
  • Premium - 15 playbooks

The IR Hub will only be accessible to those users who are set up in PMaaS as an Incident Responder. Content can be presented and organised under a specified range of headings on a page dedicated to this function. Customers will also be able to store alternative or additional incident response documentation should it be required.
